Error during transformation after upgrade to 2.32

I recently switched to update 2.32
Immediately after that, when using the transformation, a critical error began to occur, after which the program turns off.
An error occurs only when using transformation, everything else is normal.
The same error does not depend on the size of the canvas, I tried various options.
I already tried to reinstall the program, clean the folder in the documents - everything is useless.
