Seems to be an issue with cursor disappearing under UI elements in PSP for Mac OS Mojave. In the screenshot I've attached to this post, my cursor should have been over the gradient area but it seems to disappear under it instead. FWIW I'd happily see those UI gradients go, including those on menu dropdown. I've also noticed some odd horizontal shifting when clicking on 'File','Edit', 'Image' etc.
The same cursor layering issue occurs with Mac OS Mojave UI notifications in the top right… it disappears under them. This means you can't interact with (inc. dismiss) the notifications, even if they are sticky, leaving you with an obscured PSP interface.

This also happens to me on 2.40.1 on macOS 10.13.6, but it's when the file dialogs open (Save, Open, Save As, etc.). With no mouse cursor I have to use the TAB and arrow keys to navigate and then save or open.
