Painststorm doesn't recognize F13-F24 keys

Hello, I'm not sure whether to put this in Issues or Suggestions, as I'm unsure whether this is a bug or a lack of a feature.
My problem is that Paintstorm doesn't recognize function keys past F12 (F13 to F24) as valid shortcut keys. I'm able to use them in many other programs, and it's a shame that Paintstorm doesn't let me use these keys.
I hope this is something that can be fixed without too much trouble.
