Changing Input Language causes Pressure Sensitivity to temporarily disappear (Windows 10)

Greetings.

I've encountered an issue where if you change your input language with Paintstorm in focus, you lose all pressure sensitivity until you Alt+Tab. The lack of pressure sensitivity is also accompanied by a momentary freeze. I'm running the latest version of PSS in Windows 10.

It doesn't really bother me since I've changed my shortcuts, but some posts from years ago mentioned the loss of pressure sensitivity for "no reason", so maybe they were changing input modes on accident, just as I did. (my shortcuts for zooming and rotating happened to overlap with Ctrl+Shift)
