Colors look different when I save as JPG or PNG

Colors look just fine when I'm working, but when I save my work as JPG or PNG the colors look much less vivid. I tried saving it as a PSD file and opening it in Photoshop... it looks washed out in Photoshop too.

Does it incorrect if you re-open JPG in Paintstorm? If it pales only in Photoshop - check color profile settings, maybe your default photoshop color profile is Adobe RGB, but Paintstorm save work in sRGB color.
