Live long license, it´s a joke....

Hello and good day,

just nearly 14 days ago I bought a license for Paintstorm for my pc. You, the creator, say in the website: get life long license. Yeah, how? A pc is not working life long. Just 5-7 years. Mine was 7 years now and it give uip work completely nearly 5 days ago and I had to order a new pc, which came yesterday. I wanted to use the software now, but it does not work, because the license is bound to hardware. I know, why you do it, but in my case it is very angering, that I did not even use this software 2 days. And now I have to buy a new license. In my case it is not fair. I used the license just in one pc, but I had to replace it and it is just one pc now too and I cannot use the software. I am angry and sad about that same time.

Don't worry, if your "hardware id" is changes after upgrade or new PC just write to info@paintstormstudio.com and we'll give you ca new key.

Also, now we works at the new registration system which will allow remove license from one PC to another.

sorry to hear that your PC broke down.We all hate this.But that is not an issue,I've seen many times this issue pop up and the developer always explains that he can give you a new key based on your new hardware ID.So you should have looked around for your issue and you would have found your answer.But looking at supports answer this method might be behind our backs now.
