I tried customization the layout of tabs.
But my layout is crashing with movement a tab to other tabs doc.
I waiting will bug fixed within update version.

I have exactly the same issue like Sankakumokuba. I managed to induce this bug by moving top panel, the tool panel and attempted to dock it with left panels. It was like top and left docks were fighting with each other with that tool panel.

I managed to stop that flickering bug by clicking on tool panel on top and moved it out of the dock. See example: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ceogt1rr2k7mm ... g.mp4?dl=0

Anther bug I have noticed is with the tool panel, it seems to have weird hot zone so I have to click in the right spot in order to drag it. It took me several tries before I succeed. Maybe something to keep in mind.
