White area appears when creating a new layer

Hello!
Im loving the program this far, but every now and then i have this problem:
I create a new layer, and out of nowhere appears this white area as seen in the picture.

Its not really serious problem as restarting program will solve it, but since i have no idea what causes it i thought i should let you guys know.

Yes we know about this problem, it's memory glitches, but still we can't find a time to fix this bug. Not very critical, but we'll fix it as soon as we can.
