iPad Pro - Swatch panel not loading

Loving the heck out of paintstorm! However, I have an issue. I can't make the color swatch panel appear on my workspace.
I've tried toggling it off and on, but no joy. Will I have to build my workspace again? I really need to be putting together a custom set of colors for a project I'm working on.

But it's exists in other workspace presets? (you can choose it in menu-view)
Try to rotate ipad to vertical position
