Broken UI (iPad Pro)

I am still experiencing the messed up UI when I switch to another app then back to Paintstorm Studio iPad Pro version.

It honestly has gotten so irritating that I've switched back to Procreate for the time being. Would be keen to hear what the developer has to say on this subject. I love the paint engine in PaintStorm Studio but because of the UI problems I would be hard pressed to recommend it at the moment.

Just a hunch relating to some things I experienced, but does rotating the ipad to profile mode and then back to landscape fix it by chance?
