Paintstormstudio.com

I've been using Paintstorm Studio for a while now, on Window 7. But thanks to trying to upgrade to Win10, constant bluescreens and reinstallations, I have redownloaded PSS, but it won't run no matter how many times I uninstall and reinstall it. Any clue as to what's going on? Does it need something in the Windows updates that hasn't been allowed on my machine yet?

You need to try install Microsoft redistribute 2015 manually
