Hi,
I have a strange problem. I have installed PS 1.71 on Win 10 pro. After trying to laungch the application it doesn't start without any popup information etc. Just nothing. During installation Windows warned that the installer is not digitally signed and the publisher is unknown.
Due to security issues I work on account with no Administrator rights.
When I checked "open as administrator" option Paintstorm works properly but I have to authorize the administrator password at each start of the application.
Anybony knows how to properly install and run the Paintstorm without the necessity of using Administrator rights each time?
