Issues in Custom panel in 1.71 version

I found some issues using custom panels in versión 1.71:

. Opacity and Size Sliders change after PaintStorm closes.
. After closing the app the setting icons for these sliders disappear.
. The tools added to the custom panel don't work (can be added but they don't work)
