pen pressure on Ugee

Hello
Absolutely LOVE Paintstorm; you've made a genius program, that really takes painting further and is a joy. Thank you so much for creating it.
I was very excited recently to buy an Ugee 2150, after realising that the retina ipad pro screen was affecting my eyes too much, and the Ugee is wonderful. The pressure sensitivity in PSS on the ipad pro is just perfect, by the way, but very sadly it worked only briefly in the pc version, using the Ugee. There were 2 or 3 glitches happened around the same time the pen pressure stopped; I think I was sorting out custom brushes, or something like that; may also have clicked one of the buttons on the pen (have turned them both off now), but there seemed to be a few little issues within PSS and then the pressure was gone next time I loaded the program. Have done a totally clean reinstall of PSS, but no pressure from the start this time.
I've tried absolutely everything; driver installs, ensuring system is cleaned with Revo Uninstaller and CCleaner and cleaned the appdata folders out too etc, clear permissions given via Kaspersky for both PSS and the tablet drivers, stayed off line and no anti-virus while doing installings, tried every one of the 3 modes on all settings, all sorts.
(I noticed just before I first installed the Ugee drivers, and mistakenly plugged in the Ugee before having the driver disk running, that Windows (8.1) installed oem18.inf and oem18.pnf (in windows inf folder) ... having read oceans of posts, lol, I knew to ensure no conflicting drivers, so removed those ... mentioning this also incase anyone else needs to find those files and zap them.)
The Ugee disk drivers seem solid, as pen pressure works in Painter 2016, Artrage 4, and the latest Rebelle, so I'm not certain it's a driver issue, but I noticed you mentioned in another thread that PSS works fine on the Yiynova monitor, so am puzzled, as the Ugee uses the same drivers. If there's any way that the pen pressure could be fixed, I can't express how grateful I'd be. Having to use Painter at the moment, and keep sneaking back into PSS to doodle something, but I just am not able to use it properly without pen pressure.
Regards, Cat
