how to rotate and save rotated (pc)

Hi May I ask how I can save a canvas rotated, so eg rotating it to portrait and saving means it opens up as portrait the next time. (Just to report a little bug with importing self created brushes too).

Paintstorm can't rotate image, you can only rotate layers (select it all, free transform, rotate 90) but in this case, you should change canvas size for example from 50x70 to 70x50
