Hello,
I know there are few topics about this problem, and I already tried both solutions that worked for other people but it seems the problem is still remaining. are there any other possible ways to solve this or I have to wait till next update

1)Manually delete folder: "Documents/Paintstorm studio" (full reset)
2)Reinstall video card drivers

Yo tenia el mismo problema. Efectivamente lo he solucionado borrando la carpeta "Paintstorm" de C:/Mis Documentos y reinstalando los controladores de Intel Graphics.
No obstante, tienes que cargar otra vez los cepillos personalizados, la interfaz personalizada y volver a configurar los atajos de teclado. Una pesadilla que se repite en ocasiones y tienes que volver a haccer.
Deberían de publicar una actualización que corrija este problema de una vez por todas.
