I just encountered a problem on my iPad pro using paint storm studio. I am doing a very complex 4k drawing with many layers. Everything works perfectly and is very responsive. No memory warnings are shown (As happens occasionally when many other apps are in the background) Unfortunately my UI got a little lost (happens sometimes but not a big deal, I just restart and everything is fine). I save my file to iTunes and restart paint storm. When loading the file, it gives me a warning that it is limited to 30 layers and does not open the file. All of the autosaves do the same. I'm disappointed because I should have been notified of the layer limit on save, or ideally when I created the 31st layer. The way it is now, I am unable to access the images.
So on a side note, how do I access the files saved in 'iTunes' so I can combine a few layers and continue working? I tried hooking the iPad up to the laptop and looking in iTunes, but I do not see a way to get to paint storm studio's files.
iPad Maximum layer size on load rather than save
Re: iPad Maximum layer size on load rather than save
Just connect your iPad to PC and use iTunes to get access to Paintstorm files.
