My toolbox is missing and I'm very lonely without it :< turning it's visibility ON/OFF doesn't work.

You can switch UI by F6 F7 F8 etc. hotkeys, also you can restore all default UI if you deleted "Documents\paintstorm studio" folder and reinstall it.
