Cinitiq 13 HD-> wrong cursor position

System: linux mint
tablet: cintiq 13 HD
Issue:
Paintsorm dont use system calibaration data, that is 1000% perfect
in krita or my paint or 3d coat or blender or ant place in system or other aplaication
but use some own tricks that place cursor 3 mm under Tip....
this is problematic when use small brushes
Any chance to fix this ?
Paint storm studio use some additional own preferences for tablet ?
