Uncontrollable "Color Amount + Transparency" behaviour

Well.......
It is the repost of theme from april, 2018.
There were several upgrades and the issue is still here.
----
Strange color behaviour in the end of stroke with pressure control to the "Color amount" and "Transparency" at the same time. Just trying lay brighter color onto the dark one -- and in the moment of taking off stylus tip huge amount of dark color mixing down. If just one of parameters is controlled than all is ok.
---
---
GRAPHS are STANDARD diagonal y=x graphs, in both parameters
---
WACOM properties are DEFAULT (also checked both with "windows ink" off and on)
---
HARDWARE -- last drivers, reset settings. Moreover DIFFERENT HARDWARE with other tablet (Win10, GTX960, Ryzen 1600, Cintiq; Win8, I3-6100, integrated graphics, Intuos).
---
ALL BRUSH PARAMETERS YOU MAY SEE IN:

I understand now what's happening - to solve it increase stabilizer, or set it to 0, or increase pressure graph for color amount

Changing only stabilizer or pressure don't do anything. Still, if are both stabilizer=0 and pressure graph of color amount at extreme sensitivity (almost all space filled in) then I have less chance to pop up and less strong alien color. But issue is still here.

It doesn't help.
