Controller(CTRL+click to disable) stopped working in 2.32-040219
This is the part the mutes the brush settings for example scale or opacity.

Hm, for me it's working well. Be sure that you have not bonded anything on CTRL
also, check it with mouse - maybe it's a tablet issue

Restarting and reinstalling didn't work but you are right it must have been some kind of key bind. Resetting to default on everything fixed it thank you.

reinstallation doesn't reset any custom settings
