can i go back to an older version and if so how?

I've been having an issue with the newer versions of paintstorm for a while now making it entirely unsuable. whenever i trurn on my huion tablet drivers the cursor won't go on the canvas. it is visable on the sidebar areas for adjusting settings but not on the canvas itself. It's like it hides under the canvas window. When i turn off my drivers it is visable above the canvas and i can draw but there is a delay after every input making it imposible to draw, starting lines 2-3 cm after where i meant for it to start. So if possible could i go back to an older version around mid to early 2019 to see if that would fix it.

Try to enable: Menu-File-Options-Tablet settings-Coordinate mouse mode.
