Help! Extreme lag while using bigger brushes

Hi! Don't know if support is going to read this but I ran out of options. I've searched this forum for other lag topics and they are all outdated from years ago and none were helpful. My problem is that when I increase brush sizes over 16 they begin to lag, the higher the brush size the more extreme the lag is. I know it's this program because I have no problem painting with very big brushes in photoshop, and it's not my huion tablet because the lag is still there when I use just my mouse. I've tried GPU acceleration on and off and the lag persists and I made sure all drivers are up to date. Please help! I don't want this program to basically be a waste of money. Windows 10, Geforce RTX 2070, 16gb RAM

Maybe you have an integrated card too. if yes, try next:
1) Right-click on the desktop
2) Nvidia Control Panel
3) Managing 3D settings
4) Program settings
5) add "Realistic.exe" from the program list
6) Choose your preferred graphics processor for this program - Nvidia high performance processor
