Menu when clicking "File" is super tiny

Hi there,

Today I noticed that when I click on "File" in the top left of the window, the menu that pops up is really small, as if it was scaled as low as possible. The other menus do not appear this way, nor do any of the tool panels. When I go into "Options" and scale up the interface, the entire interface scales at the same rate, so while the menu under "File" gets bigger, all the rest of the user interface gets humongous.

I have no clue what made it appear this way. I updated the program today to see if it would get fixed then, but no luck.
