Brush Setting Slider Bar Issue

When I adjust my brushes, every now and then I accidentally slide the settings bar for a brush to 0.
This generally creates a brush that is unusable.

Once the settings bar reaches 0, I can no longer slide it back to readjust/fix it.

Generally I resolve this issue by reloading my brushes to a previous state, but it is quite annoying to do this 2-3 times in a long session. It kills that flow when dynamically adjusting brushes.

1)Is it issue starts at 1.54 version?
2)Is it happens for every sliders - size, opacity, transparency .... ?
3)Is it happens at different UI workspaces?
