I can not get paintstorm to register on new system

when I enter my account as usual,it says "No interner connection or server error"

btw....I can not open this forum or "paintstormstudio.com" directly( f*** GFW)

Is it issue still remains? We have fixed bug with unstable registration process In version 1.50 .
