Merging Layers

I ran into this issue with merging layers on the latest build where opacity isn't preserved with merges . If you swap the two layers it merges correctly though.

Aye, there is a workaround. Create a new empty layer At 100% opacity. Merge the 50% opacity down to it. Then merge the 100% and previously 50% layer. This is how i get around it.
