Panning simplified

When I press the space bar and move my pen above (not on) my tablet, then things should already pan.

What sense makes to add click after pressing space? To confirm what? Why complicating things?
No need to copy Photoshop.

Paintstrom worked this way in old versions, but so many users asked us to fix it. Actually, pan works as key+click, it's more correct.
