License already activated

Hi there

I bought Paintstorm Studio just under a week ago and used it since
However, now upon launching it gives me the Try, Register & Exit screen.
I tried Registering with my e-mail but it says that I used all my licenses. Which well, I used it on the same computer but now it's no longer working.

Clarification: I only have 1 computer. It worked before but no longer.

How do I fix this??
I need to finish a project asap
