Triangle color picker [Value・Brightness] cannot be 100

Triangle color picker [Value・Brightness] cannot be 100.
The upper limit seems to be 99.3.
100 for a square color picker.

i just tested this and i found i could not reach the full limit of 100 Value, the lowest limit of 0 Value or the full limit of 100 saturation

Tested on iPad. Same issue, but slightly different numbers. Guess the work around is just using slider and/or typing in the value, or using the square.

Can confirm that Value can't be dragged to 100 using the triangle color picking area as of 2.43.
