Software wont start

Hi, in the previous days the program was working good but since today when I start it, it freeze in the splashscreen (see screenshot).
The cpu usage remain over 50% until I force close it. Tried waiting 20 min, rebooting, unistall/reinstall same situation.

My specs
win 8.1 64bit fresh install
cpu G1820
motherboard ASRock H81
gpu shappire 7970
ram 8gb 1333

What version do you use? (the last is 1.53).
1)Do you running paintstorm with administrative privileges?
2)Is the "C:\Users\YOURNAME\Documents\Paintstorm Studio" folder exists?

Suddenly for unknown reason, my 1.55 and 1.6 (just installed)
both hanged in start up screen, need to stop/kill task.

I found by renaming version.ini to a different filename,
Paintstorm Studio is now back to normal.

Paintstorm Studio can start normally.

Tried starting Paintstorm Studio a few times, version.ini had not been recreated.

I am not sure what cause the problem, and why rename version.ini could solve this problem.

My windows version : 8.1 pro x64
firepro 4900

Sorry my BAD

there is NOTHING related to version.ini
it was caused by
Start from a PaintStorm Studio shortcut on desktop (bad shortcut?)

I start PaintStorm Studio from start menu, and it works at once

I tried renamed and recover original version.ini ,
Paintstorm Studio starts normally,
there is NOTHING related to version.ini

Please remove this and my previous wrong message.

If it repeats, just terminate process and run Paintstorm again.
