Max Usable Image Size

Hi, I'm using an iPad Pro with Apple Pencil. Does anyone know the maximum recommended image size I can do, using the flat transparency brush and only a single layer? I have had slowness trying a 5000x3000 picture. Thanks.

To improve a brush speed you can increase "spacing" parameter
