I bought Paintstorm studio while I had Win8.1 and I loved it, but I upgraded to windows 10 and I can't open it anymore! it says ERROR go to document/Paintstorm Sutdio/logs please tell me I don't have to buy it again!

Try to delete this folders manually:
C:\Program Files\Paintstorm Studio
C:\Users\YOURNAME\Documents\Paintstorm Studio

after that reinstall Paintstorm
