Issue with opening through "Recent Files"

Opening through "Recent Files" will load the canvas size but will not load any other information like number of layers or data on those layers.

Also do you have a place on the forums where you list the known bugs?

This can happen if you delete some file and call a new same as previous, for example, all your references called as reference.psd
