Every time i open a new project with the default settings(resolution 72 etc) or higher it takes a month to load and when it does all brushes and even the cursor lags like hell... I think its a problem with windows 10 because it didnt lag on 8 or 8.1

Be sure that you've to update graphics card drivers
And Windows uses gtx980, but not any integrated to motherboard low graphics card
