Lines from center

I'd like to ask, if there is a ruler, with I can make lines from center, or if there is not, can you add in the future please? Like this.

It's possible, just enable perspective tool(guides) and enable Menu-other-snap to guides
also you can link brush size to guides (or any other slider)
