CPU for better brush perform

Hi, In my computer i have a ryzen 3 2200g, I bought a new video card (RX 580) thinking to make faster my brushes but later I found out that to have a better performance i need a better cpu.
I use 4k canvas 300 dpi.
i use brushes with bristles.
Wich cpu do you recommend for paintstorm studio?

Bristle brushes don't use GPU, only CPU calculations, also it's doesn't use multiprocessing. So better give preference to the more powerful core than "many cores".
