Hey mates,
I have been experimenting with making my own sketching brush in PSS and thought I would share my results.
I like a pencil that can do nice clean lines and also be tilted for some shading. I use the classic intuos stylus and the new pro-pen slim.
Your results might vary a little bit if you have different pressure and tilt settings.
I just use default values on my Wacom settings with tilt set to normal to keep things simple.

Re: Solusite Sketching Pencil
Updated this a bit after, added better directional shading, and a larger tilt.
