Double Monitor Problem

At work I use two monitors I prefer to paint on the one without windows "start bar" but Paintstorm after maximize doesn't use whole space but cuts to size of free space minus strip of the start bar xD

Hi, I can confirm that this issue is still persistant as a new user as well.
