Problems of rotation with pen direction/ stroke direction

When the rotation is attributed to anything (e.g stroke direction, pen direction) and then change the angle slider the brush cursor is not updating (rotating). It only rotates when I start putting my pen on the tab. When I am hovering the rotation doesn't take effect on the brush. But when I do these steps without setting the attribute it works fine. I have tried both the rotation slider (setting one to attribute, another to just slide down to 270). Still I get the issue.
Ideally the brush should rotate as desired before pen touching the surface, and then the attributes start working. I hope I am clear, if required, I can provide screenshots of the problems too.

I really expected some reply from the support on this issue.
I had mailed too, that too got no reply.
I hope its still in development. Its one of the most favorite painting software of mine.
