Can't Open Paintstorm

Problem: PSS strobes and doesn't load up. You can see a video here demonstrating what I mean.

Background Info: Paintstorm was working fine a few minutes previous to this issue. After I closed it down I decided I wasn't actually ready to finish up, reloaded the program and realised that my pen pressure wasn't being recognised. Not a problem, it happens sometimes, just not usually when I've left it plugged in and running. Restarted my computer, tried to load up PSS and got an error message about (I think) being unable to load the mixer. Restarting my computer hasn't helped.

If possible I'd rather not have to do a fresh install.

Try to delete Documents\Paintstorm Studio\Data\mixer.png

Found that solution on another thread. It didn't work, ended up doing a fresh install weeks ago.
