Pen tool, Smart objects, vector

I have been using PSS professionally, but studio worklow forces us to use photoshop. This workflow is problematic as I lose some PSD features like smart objects and vectors.

I would like to suggest these features:
-Pen Tool;
-Vectors;
-Reading Smart Objects (does not need to be editable, but don't lose when reopening on PS);
-Accept adjustment layers.

These features will greatly elevate the level of PSS and make it more usable in agencies and studios. For me it's the best paint app.
