Icons and menus blurred

Hi, first of all, sorry for my bad english, i will try to explain my problem

I bought the software just a few minutes ago and i cant see the windows, icons properly, their are shown with some blur

Can anybody help me with this issue?

My Notebook is a Toshiba Satellite A665, Intel Core I5 M450 2.40gz - 4gm Ram - Intel HD Graphics

Seems that you have some problems with video memory or video card drivers.
