Resize Blur

I have noticed a problem after inking in a piece of work. (Can't state how much I enjoy the inking in this software) Once I try to resize by transforming a piece of art down in size (smaller), the artwork blurs after the transform. I know this should happen when you try to enlarge something but it should when it is down sized. This is a crucial issue especially when transforming art is an essential part of the process.

Also, I notice when transforming at times there is a nasty bug that completed destroys the data and causes some odd pixel distortion/noise.
