Strange ghost? issue

When the paintstorm window is resized it leaves a ghost on my desktop until either I right click and hit refresh, or I drag another window around the screen to clean it up like a towel. Paintstorm is the only program I have ever had do this on windows 7. (I remember some games doing this back in the windows 95-2000 days. Though haven't seen it sense then.)

The attached images is an example only the small paintstorm window is actually open the big one behind it is just a ghost covering up my desktop. You can even see a hole to my desktop in the upper right hand corner where my mouse is since that's where my screen shot app button is.
