What a touching piece! I love all the little details, especially all those little paint strokes that went into the hat and fur. It really feels like a woven hat. Also, the feeling of loneliness is communicated very well with the little fellow all by himself on a boat in the night. The other creatures around him seem to be wishing him well even though he doesn't notice them. I get a mixture of sadness and hope looking at this picture. The night time may be cold and lonely, but there is life all around and a light to guide you on your journey. It would be great to see more from this world you've made Keep up the wonderful work.

Thank you a lot! I am really glad you like it and even more that you can feel it. The emotion is the primary thing I focus on no matter what theme I work on. I will be making a lot of these, just to get some chores of my back and be more free from work. I am planning on making a whole graphic novel with these, I have the characters, I have the story, just need some time. This is one scene from the whole thing.
