Set of forms includes an oddity

When I chose a set of forms (say Leafs 1), with the "set of forms" based on Stroke Direction at 100%, and sufficient spacing to separate the forms, on occasion I get a form out of another set - I think out of the Dots large set in my case. Presumably some math that yields an incorrect offset into an array of forms.
