i tried searching the forum for this but got no returns.
when i finish recording this is what the tab looks like. the buttons are hidden on the lower half. i am using this on a surface 3

Seems that's to large scale of the panel + large global scale of whole UI, try to decrease panel scale in the panle menu(little cogwheel at the right top corner)
