Ruler radial constraint

I would like to see a ruler constraint in which all the lines converge to a single point.

This would make drawing things like spokes of a bicycle wheel super easy.

You can draw ellipse by ruler and use perceptive ruler to draw spokes (enable menu-other-snap to guides) Same method used at 8:01 of this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TWSwN3t2ufI
