Custom Icons for Brushes - Create / Import

I noticed I can change the Icons for my Brushes and there are options to import additional icons.

Where can I find more icon sets?

How do I create my own icon? Does it have to be saved in a certain format / size?

Tutorial / explanation on this would be great thanks!

1)Click the brush icon to open icon library window.
2)Click at the cogwheel at the bottom of this window (or the rightclick)
3)Choose import new icon
4)select your own PNG file.

PNG file should be square (default size is 128x128px) but you can try to use larger.
